All devices received at our UK warehouse undergo an extensive electronic test to ensure they are fully functional and fault free.  After the electronic test they are graded based upon their cosmetic appearance from Grade A Pristine to Grade C.

Grade AP (Pristine)

AP website - Grading

  • Free from signs of use

  • Network unlocked

  • PIN, Touch ID and iCloud (FMI) unlocked

  • Fully functional

  • Data wiped

  • Passed electronic test to ensure internal parts are fully functional

Grade A (Excellent)

A website - Grading

  • A high quality handset with minimal signs of use

  • No cracks, No smashes

  • Network unlocked

  • PIN, Touch ID and iCloud (FMI) unlocked

  • Fully functional

  • Data wiped

  • Passed electronic test to ensure internal parts are fully functional

  • NB- Batches of used phones will naturally vary by quality and the above grading and photos should only be used as a representative guide.

Grade AB (Very Good)

AB GRADE 1 - Grading

  • A high quality handset with just light signs of previous use

  • No cracks, No smashes, No heavy scratches

  • Network unlocked

  • Fully functional

  • Data wiped

  • Passed electronic test to ensure internal parts are fully functional

Grade B (Good)
