It may be that a fault slipped through the net, or perhaps a phone turns out to be locked when it shouldn’t be. Either way, we understand that it’s not good enough.
Simply let our friendly returns team know what’s wrong. They will process your enquiry and let you know how to return the phone to us. Once received back we’ll credit your account within 5-7 working days.
